Francine Boutique – Terms & Conditions & Policies
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made via Francine Boutique. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Francine Boutique reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing and Discounts
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Where an item is purchased using a promotional or discount code, any refund issued shall be limited to the amount actually paid and not the original full retail price.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
All delivery charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Francine Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Original Invoice
7. Returns Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
Francine Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that:
- show signs of wear
- are damaged or soiled (including makeup, tan, fragrance, or pet hair)
- are returned without original tags
8. Postage and Returns Costs
All delivery and return postage costs shall be borne by the customer.
Postage costs are non-refundable, except where:
- the item is faulty
- the wrong item was supplied
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Sale or discounted items
- Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
10. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

where goods are faulty,
11. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Francine Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and text, remains the property of Francine Boutique and may not be used without permission.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
