Shipping policy

Standard delivery estimated 2-5 business working days.  (not including weekends) UK.

International Shipping 5-8 working days not including weekends UK.

We do not ship over Bank holiday periods.

Kindly note we use Royal Mail, Francine Boutique can not be responsible if Royal do not deliver your parcel on time, 

Kindly note we have the right to change shipping cost at any one time. 

International have a different shipping Cost & Time frames all dependant on where your parcel is being delivered worldwide. 

As a small business, we are currently facing some unexpected cost increases due to global supply chain disruptions and customs pressures.

As a result, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to pause shipping to certain countries, including the United States.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Francine Boutique reserves the right to modify shipping costs at any time without prior notice.

Please ensure that any free shipping discount codes are applied at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable if a discount code was not used during the transaction.

All above shipping is managed via Royal Mail, All parcels are tracked service to Francine Boutique, to keep the cost low we have implemented shop pay for the customer to track there order, if you experience a late or lost parcel the customer care team can provide you with a tracking number once Royal Mail have attempted to deliver. 

All orders placed will be shipped within 2/5 business working days ( most often the next working day). We do not ship at the weekends, Bank Holidays.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery due to local depots cannot commit to our service. 

As a small buisiness we are trying to keep cost down as much as possible, whilst offering the best service, We ship with Royal Mail who have a good reputation.
